How long does the induction take?
The induction starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. However most people just complete it in one go! Around 15 mins.
How long do I have access to the induction?
How does lifetime access sound? After accessing, you have unlimited access to this induction for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with having to complete the induction?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied however, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make other arrangements for you to complete the induction.
I'm being asked to sign up. What does this mean, I don't want marketing emails etc?
